1st- the customer service is impeccable and much appreciated. Prompt answers too questions AND made sure my order arrived before my appointment date. The hair had no smell. Curls and straightens great. Not easily tangled and i haven’t had any shedding so far. Will definitely order again.

The hair is beautiful I colored it burgundy lifted really well and match my hair perfectly and but the texture is sooooooo soft my stylist brush blow dried and complimented the hair as well I can give an update in about a month but so far coloring washing 10/10 🫶🏽💕
